The Department of Quantity Surveying is a Construction Cost Economics and Management based academic unit of the Institution. Its academic curriculum is tailored towards enhancing the capacity of its students after graduation to be able to embark on all forms of capital projects – construction with respect to the financial management and control, integrating the legal aspects of these projects.
