The University, in tune with the position of computers in the development process worldwide established a center in the year 1991. In the year 2002, Wireless lnternet Connectivity was put in lace and the Centre was renamed lnformation Technology Canter in order to reflect its relevance in a world increasingly driven by lnformation Technology in all its ramifications.
